Ribbon Cutting, Employee Recognition, & Fun-Filled Day Ushers in New Era for DreamPak

Held on October 2nd under perfect skies, DreamPak hosted DreamFest 2024, marking two important milestones—our annual employee appreciation day and the official inauguration of our new 50,000 square-foot facility expansion. With over 150 attendees, including employees and special guests, the day was filled with joy, gratitude, and excitement for the future of DreamPak.

The event began inside the new facility, where President & CEO Dr. Aly Gamay addressed the crowd with an exciting and heartfelt speech. Dr. Gamay reflected on DreamPak’s journey and thanked everyone who has contributed to the company’s success. He noted, “This expansion symbolizes more than growth; it is a testament to the commitment and hard work of every individual in this room.”

Special guests were also given the opportunity to share their thoughts, including Waukesha County Executive Paul Farrow, who praised DreamPak’s continuous innovation and contribution to the local economy. “DreamPak’s growth is a clear example of what can be achieved with vision, dedication, and the right team,” he said during his speech.

After the speeches concluded, employees and guests gathered to witness the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. The ribbon was cut by Dr. Aly Gamay, accompanied by his wife Wafaa Gamay, along with key members of the DreamPak leadership team: Tarick Gamay (Chief Sales Officer), Waleed Gamay (Chief Operating Officer) with his wife Mona Haggag, Don Mubanga (Vice President, Quality Assurance), and Cal Wolfe (Vice President, Operations). This moment symbolized the beginning of an exciting new chapter for DreamPak.

Following the ceremony, the festivities continued outdoors, where everyone enjoyed a fun-filled day. Everyone had a great time indulging in mouthwatering BBQ and ice cream from local food trucks. The live music kept the energy up, and the carnival-style games brought out everyone’s playful side. It was a day full of laughter, good food, and great company—making DreamFest 2024 an unforgettable experience for all.
