DreamPak offers full turnkey services for its LiquiTubes™, from assisting in formulation to packing your finished product into custom cartons. Once we hear from you, we will assign a dedicated Account Executive to manage every step of your project. This knowledgeable representative will work closely with you to identify project objectives, paramaters, and an estimated timeframe.
Contract Manufacturing
Our impressive manufacturing facility can service all of your turnkey needs, including ingredient sourcing and weighing, processing, filling, labeling and warehousing. DreamPak has an extensive range of raw materials already in-house. And if we don't have your ingredient at our facility, our experienced procurement team will secure the best quality ingredients.
With a capacity to produce over 150 million LiquiTubes™ per year, our output is unmatched by other liquid contract manufacturers. DreamPak's machinery uniquely allows for either Cold Processing or High Temperature Heat Treatment for products requiring thermal processing.
Product Development
DreamPak's product development team is an industry leader when it comes to custom formulation and making your product taste enjoyable. Just let us know what ingredients and flavor profile you would like, and we will have samples ready before you know it. And of course, anything we formulate for you will be available to sell under your own brand. We can also take your existing liquid formulation and improve upon its flavor, texture, color and consistency.
Contract Packaging
Have an existing liquid product in bottles, or just want your liquid product filled into our convenient LiquiTubes™? No problem. Just send us the liquid bulk and the finished product will be in your customers' hands before you know it. All you have to do is choose from one of our unique packaging options. DreamPak's LiquiTubes™ are ideal for nutritional supplements, OTC, and beverage products. Our packaging is portable, convenient and durable, so you won't have to worry about the integrity of the finished product when it gets into your customers' hands. Label & Secondary Packaging
DreamPak applies high-quality, visually attractive labels to all of its LiquiTubes™ using a high-speed labeler. These labels are great for communicating important product information to the customer. Our trusted 3rd party label printer will be happy to assist you with all of your needs. We understand that our unique LiquiTubes™ packaging means nothing if the finished carton does not communicate the product benefits. This is why we offer unique die lines for you to choose from, including one with a window on the front panel that views a LiquiTube™. Our team will also work with you to determine the perfect configuration for your package. Although we partner with a 3rd party printer, our knowledgeable Account Executives can provide you with estimated pricing throughout the process.

Note: DreamPak has a minimum run quantity of 100K for Original LiquiTubes™ (10ml and 19ml), 60K for 1 Ounce LiquiTubes™ (1 ounce), and 50K for 2 Ounce LiquiTubes™. We cannot accommodate smaller runs.
