First, our Product Development team will work closely with you to identify the best formulation for your LiquiTube™ product. Next, we will decide on key project details such as size and color of film, configuration of secondary packaging, and label design. Finally, we are ready to begin producing your LiquiTubes™.
Our impressive manufacturing facility can service all of your turnkey needs, including ingredient sourcing and weighing, processing, filling, labeling and warehousing. DreamPak has an extensive range of raw materials already in-house. And if we don't have your ingredient at our facility, our experienced procurement team will secure the best quality ingredients.
Next, we will blend your product in one of our processing tanks before moving to the filling line. With a capacity to produce over 150 million LiquiTubes™ per year, our output is unmatched by other liquid contract manufacturers. DreamPak's machinery uniquely allows for either Cold Processing or High Temperature Heat Treatment for products requiring thermal processing.
While we specialize in manufacturing liquid supplements and vitamins, we also develop and manufacture OTC and beverage products.
