THE MARKET

A leading coffee manufacturer with a portfolio of national brands in the Food, Drug & Mass market seeking to increase consumption of millennial consumers who felt that the brand was no longer relevant.

THE TECHNOLOGY

With two patents on delivering shelf-stable, liquid coffee concentrate, DreamPak had the perfect technology that would allow the Customer to reach its targeted demographic. The highly-concentrated formulation delivered a premium iced latte when added to milk.

THE PROCESS

The objective was to develop a coffee concentrate that was virtually identical to the aroma, taste and other unique characteristics to the Customer’s existing roast & ground, instant and other offerings.

THE OUTCOME

The coffee brand was able to expand its business by successfully penetrating a previously untapped market.
